Our listed prices are per person and per night and include half board, service, and VAT, but exclude the local tourist tax.
Prices for double rooms apply for double occupancy.

Prices are valid for direct bookings of 3 nights or more (for stays of fewer than 3 nights, please refer to the short-stay surcharge).
Exception: New Year’s period – during this time, prices apply for stays of 8 nights or more.

All stated prices exclude the local tourist tax.

Local tourist tax from May 1, 2025:
An additional € 2.60 per person per night will be charged.

Local tourist tax from December 1, 2026:
An additional € 3.90 per person per night will be charged.
